Derek is also a Cape Wine Master giving him the knowledge of how each bottle needs to be stored to coax it to its best.

Architectural designers will be consulted if any major construction is required and the plans submitted for approval on your behalf. Latest trends are kept in mind balanced with the traditional to create a fusion of the new and the tried and tested. The design will incorporate the latest available fridges, cooling units, lighting, tasting counter or tables with built in spittoons integrating the entire project from the outset.
